I do get the simplicity, believe me I DO. But i think it's kind of aged idea and seeks more 'something-extra' to impress :) But even though the idea ain't so original it's still pretty, just misses something! :)

I am not claiming I am the only one who got this idea. :)

Thank you. I tried to create a separation effect between the lit up and dark bits of the sky with the barbed wire.

I never saw Terminator 2 (believe it or not...) so I can't exactly see the inspiration here.
However, I do see a really interesting photo. Brilliantly captured, and alone without any terminator references leaves it open to interpretation.
Love it!

Thank you. No big deal about the movie, it's a very loose reference anyway. :) Glad you enjoyed the concept. It was a matter of timing to get the sun bright enough to still provide the adequate background, yet just above the horizon so as not to overexpose the shot.

I really like this image, it clearly shows the difference between a snapshot and a well thought out image with a concept behind it, nice one :)

Thank you. Most of my photos are spontaneous ones, just something I saw and took a picture of, but this is one of the few where I planned in advance, knowing that it could turn out really well under the right conditions. :)

Thank you. :) That is a fence around a farm, close to the bike trail. I used to bike past it in the evenings and the razor wire in the sunset made me think of Sarah Connor's dream sequence in Terminator 2. :)

Thank you. :) The trick was to get the timing right, so that the sun would not overexpose the shot.

Thank you. I played around with B&W version: it was nice and depressing, but I still like the orange tones.
